Corporate Profile
Michael Segal Graduated from McGill University with a B. A. with honours in political science in 1971 and then Graduated from McGill University with LLB. in 1974 and was called to the Bar inOntario in 1976.
In the late 1970's he taught a basic law course at Algonquin College and produced the booklet "Starting Your Own Business". He was one of the instructors for the commercial law section of the Bar Admissions Course for the Law Society of Upper Canada in Ottawa from 1998‑2005.
He has presented a paper and lectured on the topic of computers in the small law office and over the years have lectured to different adult groups in different areas of business law, wills and estates. He presently sits on the Advisory Committee of the National Capital American Chamber of Commerce Chapter as well as the local executive of the Ottawa S.T.E.P. Chapter. Michael received his Certified Specialist designation in Corporate and Commercial Law in October 2004 from the Law Society of Upper Canada.
